From developing content strategies and marketing and social media plans, to content creation, implementation and editing, I've worked in all facets of content. I have also worked extensively in qualitative research from project conception to presentation, including conducting focus groups, gathering insights, writing and presenting to clients. For the past 20 years, my work has focused on the health and wellness space, with an emphasis on healthy living, fitness, outdoor sports and natural products industries. I have managed budgets and products within multi-million dollar portfolios of print, digital, custom publishing, qualitative research and event assets. I have extensive management experience and have had the good fortune of overseeing some amazing teams and individuals. As a result, I have a substantial network of contractors and freelancers.
