Over the past 15+ years I have gained extensive experience in leading both technology and talent development change initiatives (including large scale technology implementations, policy/process improvement, and mindset transformation) across cultures and continents. Career Highlights: ★ Lead a career development product/program (we are transitioning to product operating model) for 80K JPMorgan Chase employees in Global Technology and Corporate Investment Bank (CIB) worldwide. ★ Drove a large-scale technology platform change impacting 1600 applications, 294K internal users, and 662K external users. ★ Defined a vision and operating model and persuaded my leadership to create a new function and team to manage non-production environments for one of the largest CIB platforms. Partnered with architecture, infrastructure, release, and test teams to transform the hardware estate, processes, and personnel into a more streamlined, stable and transparent organization. In the first 3 months stability improved by 38%, response times improved by 24% and relationship with stakeholders – immensely. ★ Championed the innovation in environment provisioning, improving project team efficiency by 65% while dealing with non-standard and new technologies, cross-business dependencies and 9 stakeholder groups. ★ Inspire, empower and motivate technologists to be more empathetic and emotionally intelligent in their relationships as well as brave and open-minded in pursuit of their career goals and dreams via mentoring and speaking at industry conferences, local cohorts, internal events at JPMorgan Chase and my current program.
