With over a decade of experience as an investor, advisor, and operator, I've had the opportunity to build teams and processes from scratch. Currently, I'm a Vice President at Binance, where I invest in crypto and blockchain companies and lead Binance Labs incubation. Prior to this, I served as Head of Developer Ecosystem at a top 10 blockchain protocol and was a Partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners investing in startups from seed to growth stage. I'm originally from the Bay Area and graduated from Stanford University, holding a BS in Materials Science Engineering and an MS in Management Science & Engineering. As a San Francisco native and daughter of Southeast Asian immigrants, I'm committed to making a difference in the Asian American community and helping others achieve their goals.
