Over the past decade I've built and scaled three global consultancies delivering talent, culture and leadership solutions that drive innovation and digital transformation. Along the way I've architected products, experiences and programmes that have impacted over 3,000 leaders and dozens of teams at companies across Europe and North America including Bloomberg, McCann Worldgroup and Daily Harvest.
