Driven by the belief that there is always a better way to deliver recruitment, I have spent more than 17 years of my career solving talent challenges for multiple brands and industries, providing ambitious businesses with the right strategy, skills and tools to attract and retain talent. Frequently referred to as ‘queen of how’, I am an expert in bringing the practical to life that supports the strategy and the purpose. I roll out and embed scalable talent acquisition processes whilst educating leadership and their teams in the people first approach. Great businesses can only be built with great people, but businesses will only attract and retain great people if they are delivering the right experience. From a candidates’ journey to becoming an employee, success breeds success, but poor experiences can destroy an employers’ reputation.
