Hi, I'm Nate. 10 + year online entrepreneur, investor and Yogi. My main gig is as CEO of Centurica which is the premium provider of buy side due diligence services for online acquisitions. At Centurica, we work with a large range of individual investors, funds and PE firms to help them: 1) Verify that the business is what the seller is reporting 2) Uncover and hidden risks that could derail the business 3) Identify key opportunities for improving the business and increasing it's value 4) M/A Advisory to help interested acquirers with deal flow We provide unique value to our clients due or our operational and business growth expertise. We aren't just a bunch of finance folks (though we do have ex Big 4 CPAs), we are a team of real online business operators. Which means we 'get' these assets in ways that allow us to provide unique operational and growth insight for our clients. We are experts in e-commerce, FBA, content website, agency and SaaS business models.
