Hey, Nathan here 👋 I've been working in tech and startups since 2016 and I lead engineering at Syndicate ✺ I specialize in building engineering teams from the ground up, including hiring individual contributors and team leads, setting culture, and helping founders optimize for the real world problems they will face.
