Bio

I'm an inquisitive self-starter who enjoys collaborating with different people and exploring technologies to create change that leads to a positive outcome for all. I have a diverse set of business skills and capabilities that make me ideally suited to deliver roles and projects requiring diversity. Colleagues know me as hard working, creative, helpful and having a high level of integrity. I’m commercially driven and use systems thinking to understand value, plus change to mitigate waste. Able to build and manage teams based on purpose, values and open communications. I can both get my hands dirty when necessary, and delegate using context, which allows effective collaboration at all levels within an organisation. As a believer in lifelong learning, I evolve my business knowledge through regular reading, online courses and listening to podcasts. This builds on my Certificate in Business Administration, BEng in Environmental Engineering and Chartered Engineer status.
