Throughout my career, I have been extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to manage teams within Sales, Sales Development, Marketing, Strategy, Corporate Development, IT, Infosec, Business Systems, Facilities, PMO, and Revenue Operations. I pride myself on applying my managerial and leadership skills to any function within a business. I find the most personal fulfillment in working with different types of teams and people and measure my success by leaving a positive impact on the people I lead. I've worn many hats and pride myself on being a ''doer'' along with a leader. I've been blessed to be part of a few fast-growing, successful companies, and I know what passion is necessary, what attitude is paramount, and what type of leadership is needed to establish the culture of winning. * I believe we need fewer thinkers and more doers ...but you still need to prioritize ''thinking'' time * I believe culture trumps strategy ...but that is no excuse not to have a plan * I believe the Designated Hitter should be eliminated * I believe we are responsible for our attitude * I believe ''extra cheese'' should automatically come on everything * I believe you are paid to work a full day --- even on Friday and * I believe personal accountability is in short supply --- the world needs more of it. I want to win, I want to make a positive impact on peoples lives, I always smile, I choose to lead, I trust to be led, I want to look back on life and tell my daughters ''I was part of that; we built that''. And when I'm gone may the people who knew me look back on the memories of our time together with a simple summary of who I was; may they think ''Nate was a good man''.
