A cyber security consultant with over a decade of experience, working in a diverse range of domains and team sizes, where I have been able to embrace my intuitive mentoring skills. I am a result oriented engineering leader, with a high degree of initiative and responsibility towards organizational goals. My experience includes leading the corporate security stream of work under InfoSec, shaping the Application Security Program for Thoughtworks' internal operations, developing Android and Web applications. I have been involved in restructuring the entry level program at Thoughtworks University. The experience of working in diverse roles, ranging from a developer to a program manager to change lead to a security consultant has equipped me with a plethora of techniques to approach any problem with ease, picking up skills and learning the strategy on the way to lead organizational change programs. I have good communication skills which help me understand and interact efficiently with colleagues and clients. I am a self motivated individual who believes in constant learning process and is always keen to take up new challenges while working.
