Recognized as a progressive leader in the Retail/Consumer space, my focus has been digital acceleration, international expansion, building outstanding leadership teams and fostering a diverse and inclusive company culture. I am currently a Board partner at Greycroft a leading global venture capital firm and serve on multiple public and private boards.
