Neil is a highly regarded and respected online entrepreneur based in Melbourne, Australia. Having founded Compare and Connect, the company has grown to be a significant entity in the connection and comparison business in Australia for both residential and SME sectors. Neil has led the company from inception in 2014 to its current levels of success in the role of Founder and CEO. During this time, Neil has secured investments of over $20 million, and under Neil’s leadership, Compare and Connect has grown substantially and now employees some 200 staff at its Melbourne headquarters and has recently acquired Fast Connect in New Zealand. Neil has driven the expansion of the business into new markets namely Energy, Broadband, Life insurance and Health Insurance etc. Within a very short space of time, he has taken these businesses towards securing leadership positions in highly competitive markets through innovative partnerships with affiliated ventures in the Real Estate category and beyond. Prior to Compare and Connect, Neil worked successfully in developing various contact and call centre operations cutting across sales, marketing and loyalty sectors. As an expert in his field, Neil offers significant leadership skills across critical business functions such as marketing, IT, sales and financials. His management style is collaborative, and analytical with a unique ability to blend high level thinking with significant granularity. Neil has experience working with investors and partner organisations with the ability to cooperatively shape and drive outcomes to maximize business success. Neil holds a Masters in Electronics Engineering from RMIT University and is an inducted member of the exclusive Young Presidents Organisation, recognising Chief Executives internationally who have demonstrated significant achievements in leadership and success. Compare and Connect and its various named entities have been ranked 68TH on the BRW Fast Starters in 2013 and 6th on the BRW Fast 100 list. It ranked 20th on BRW Fast 100 list in 2014.
