In 2018 I co-founded Inflection Finance, a boutique, finance consulting company specialized in providing Impact Investment solutions for developing countries. We are willing to increase the flow of useful capital to achieve meaningful and sustainable development outcomes in developing countries. We want to bridge the gap between domestic and international finance. For this purpose, we design, implement and monitor innovative partnerships between governments and private (for and not for profit) agents. Our firm can design and promote the usage of Development Impact Bonds (DIBs), Social Impact Bonds (SIBs) and other innovative mechanisms to finance the development of public goods. Our customers are diverse: we are working for governments, private investors and international NGOs. We are gathering a team of very experienced and capable professionals from all over the world to support our projects. I worked as a senior development consultant for over 25 years and provided independent consulting for multilateral banks (IADB, WB), multilateral cooperation agencies (UN, EuropeAid), and bilateral agencies (Australia, Canada, NZ, Spain). I provided consulting services to Presidents and Prime Ministers, Ministers of Finance and Planning, and also to Ministers of Education, Health and Environment. My field experience providing direct support to government covers 40 countries in four continents. I also acted as a senior advisor to the President of the IADB for over ten years and had the opportunity to work in high-profile managerial and advisory positions for international INGOs (Foundation of the Americas, the Price of Wales International Business Leaders Forum, Levi Strauss Foundation, Esquel Group Foundation) and private for-profit corporations.
