I have over 20 years of global accounting advisory experience across North America, Asia and Europe. I empower financial services, specialty finance and fintech clients, by: • Building, coaching, and empowering a team of experts by driving an unrivaled inclusive culture and talent experience. • Advising and preparing companies to get ready for a public transaction via SPAC or IPO. • Advising and enabling management to adopt and implement an expected credit loss accounting standard under IFRS and US GAAP (IFRS 9 and CECL). • Advising management to get ready for their PCAOB, AICPA, CSA and ISA audits, and empowering management for technical discussions with their external auditors. • Advising Fintech companies through their life-cycle and acting as management's sounding board from initial days of their operations. • Developing new products to serve Fintech clients through my role on RSM's National Fintech Steering Committee.
