I am a Chartered Civil Engineer with experience across a variety of roles from design, construction and asset management of major highways schemes, to innovation and business development roles at a strategic level. As Customer Lead for Balfour Beatty’s Highways Business I lead a team responsible for embedding customer service in all aspects of highways delivery to ensure we minimise the disruption to road users and stakeholders and leave a social value legacy for the broader communities within which we work.
