I am on a multi-year quest to push the boundaries of what we can do with AI and data. I was previously a Data & AI Product Manager at Blue River Technology (part of John Deere). I currently consult for companies on topics like customer success, go-to-market strategy, and product development. When I was at Databricks, I supported AI & Big Data efforts at many well known businesses like Disney, HP Inc, Riot Games (Tencent), and more. I have been part of high performing Enterprise Sales and Customer Success teams for many years. My customer-facing experience gives me a different perspective on how to develop successful products for the Enterprise. I've helped customers overcome issues and switch from net detractor to net promoter.
