With 15+ years of IT and versified leadership experience, I provide high-level strategic and operational guidance to grow and manage leading enterprise applications and cloud services. Most recently my core focus has been dedicated to provide leadership and services to customers in need of a customized hosted solution by delivering system architecture, database, system and network administration for customers seeking a fully managed and hosted solution. My sound background in SAP technologies and infrastructure services, paired with an intuitive business mindset makes me a steadfast operational executive leader. I oversaw the IT and Delivery departments by managing teams that continuously deliver the highest customer service with customized, scalable, secure, and affordable solutions to my valued customers. I have lead emerging technology efforts to ensure customers are optimally leveraging state of the art technologies, most recently spearheading an architecture project for a world leading SAP HANA Cloud solution. My core philosophy is to cultivate my team’s capabilities and specialties, first and foremost, so my customers ultimately receive the very best customer service.
