I am a driven Digital/IT and Life Sciences professional with global experience working in Commercial, R&D and also infrastructure. I lead a team based in Asia, Middle East, Africa, Russia Eurasia and Latin America. We deliver patient disease solutions based on partnerships, Digital capabilities to enable the HCP journey, lead Digital Transformation of the Commercial organisation and delivery of solutions to improve productivity. I am responsible for all the Health Innovation Hubs in these geographies where we are imagining, piloting and scaling new opportunities to impact patient experiences and outcomes 'beyond the pill'. Developing talent and upskilling for the future is a key focus. My roles require skills for influencing in a matrix environment and traversing many different cultures to make change happen. I have lived and led teams in Asia, North America and Europe including 7 years living abroad. Through all my roles, I have been focussed on delivering outcomes which enable growth through improving patient experiences and outcomes, expand reach with Digital channels, improve productivity of grassroot roles, increase business insight and improving effiency of IT spend.
