I have a background in Drama and History and gained many skills from 9 years as a teacher. Inspired by a chance meeting with an osteopath at a friend’s wedding I embarked on a journey into natural health and five years of intense training later I qualified as an osteopath. I did a year studying classical osteopathy under the then 96 year old John Wernham which gave me a powerful sense of the kind of osteopath I wanted to be and since then I have studied natural health from vitamins and supplements to homeopathy, metabolic typing and latterly CBD. I have a health food store in Garstang, two osteopathic clinics (with my talented colleague James Dickie) and am delighted to work alongside my brother Alex at CBD One.
