Senior Marketing leader with 20 years' experience in B2B marketing, specialising in account-based marketing for over 10 years. In my role as Vice President, Principal Analyst at Forrester (which acquired SiriusDecisions in 2019), I develop research and advise companies (ranging from the world’s largest technology brands and financial institutions, through to VC-funded start-ups) on how to implement an account-centric strategy. In my role as Global Head of Account Based Marketing at Avanade (an Accenture/Microsoft joint venture), I was responsible for establishing the program from a zero base to a point where the team contributed 10% of all marketing sourced and influenced revenue. My strengths include being able to rapidly translate complex information into concise and workable strategies. This was invaluable both as I was establishing the ABM Centre of Excellence at Avanade, and during my secondment into UK Government's Department for Business Innovation and Skills to project manage part of the Space industry Innovation and Growth Strategy in 2009. I am comfortable working at all levels of an organisation, from CEOs and Ministers, to building rapport with apprentices and graduates. I enjoy client facing roles especially, but am equally confident the other side of desk working on strategy.
