Bio

I am a recognised energy industry leader and environmental advocate, specialising in operations and programme management. I am passionate about the environment; I am grateful that my career allows me to make things better on this planet. I have successfully planned and executed operational strategies, lead complex infrastructure projects and managed a number of organisations through tough transitions and fast growth cycles. I work alongside teams to get the most out of people and believe that positive and inclusive leadership gets better results.
