Nicolai Halbo has worked in the IT- Industry for many years. He has broad experience with contract law within the IT area. He knows the business well and is able to see where the risk is laying. Nicolai has participated in many negotiation processes on the Vendor side, within both private and public sector. Halbo has as well worked on the Costumer side. Halbo has the ability, with his thorough understanding of the IT – Industry, to find good and pragmatic solutions and thus contribute to secure progress in the negotiations on the way to a final agreement between the Parties. Nicolai Halbo har jobbet innenfor IT – bransjen i mange år. Han har bred erfaring med IT-kontrakt, kontraktstolkning, kontraktforhandlinger, risiko i kontrakt etc. Nicolai har deltatt i mange store forhandlingsprosesser på leverandørsiden, innenfor både offentlig og privat sektor. Halbo har også jobbet på kundesiden. Halbo evner med sin forretningsforståelse å finne gode løsninger, og bidrar dermed til å sikre fremdrift i forhandlingene på veien til en endelig avtale mellom partene.
