Bio

I lead a team of passionate food and ag professionals on a journey to build a sustainable food economy. We leverage the PURIS history of innovation in seed genetics, food processing, and plant-based food development to continue to set the bar on what's possible with plants. We are bringing to market innovative seeds (pea, soy, corn) that are designed for climate resilience, in field performance, and exceptional nutrition. These seeds are the foundation of a supply chain journey that ends in amazing plant-based food products produced by PURIS and our partners. AcreMade is the latest innovation from the PURIS team and is a product line of plant-based eggs made from the mighty pea. Shelf stable and frozen products all coming soon!
