I help non-profits, schools and universities who are trying to create relevant and engaging career development programming for youth, particularly neuro-divergent youth, by offering program and curriculum design and coaching leadership to create improved program outcomes, improved feedback from youth and increased access to grant funding due to improved program outcomes. Here is a sample of my relevant experience to help you achieve results: • 10+ years in career development and career coaching leadership, including created tailored programming and coaching serving diverse groups with varying barriers to entry to the workforce, including neurodivergent, newcomers, re-entering the workforce after extended gaps in employment, second careers and more • Led a team of 7 to provide pan-Canadian career development curriculum to 1,200 youth across Canada virtually during the pandemic, including 12 workshops, over 1,000 coaching sessions in 4 months, and secured continued funding from the government (ESDC) • Post-pandemic youth workforce recovery strategy: Guiding the team to deliver relevant programming virtually during the pandemic to serve youth and recent graduates who have been affected by the pandemic. The initiative was a pilot project used as a model for future government-funded pan-Canadian projects to support youth workforce development.
