Technology addicted & startup mindset, passionate in ramping up new services and organizations, develop business, starting from vision, go-to-market, roll out and stabilization. All last years I deal with Data & Intelligent Automation with all kinds of technologies that can create value for enterprise. I know where to start and how to scale. At the moment I'm trying to find a place where process meets data. I have in my area of responsibility data governance team dealing with informatica, data analytics team, dealing with PowerBI and other visualization platforms, process mining and process office that is describing the processes in Sanofi GBS. In this organization I put together brilliant people with data and process expertise, problem solving skills and opened mindset to drive operational efficiency. At the moment my organization seen as a place where Shared Service organizations of future are investing & should proceed to invest, as we know current GBS trends regarding digitalization of data, removing org siloces. All last years I build services that go beyond GBS organizations. I build RPA, Chatbots, Process Mining and Process office services that were promoted as part of enterprise digital agenda and wend beyond shared service.
