Design and business-minded, I'm interested in using technology to make the delivery of services more accessible and to empower people to build positive habits that ultimately improve wellbeing. I've spent my time exploring how to improve the accessibility of government services, designing apps for positive behavior change, and generally delivering services in a human-centric way (service design). I think that good design should not be taken for granted but needs to be expected everywhere, and that business values should be aligned with product and service delivery.
