More than 19 years of experience in a wide range of Technology, Strategic and Operational consultancy for the Financial Services Industry, specialized in setting up Banks and Insurance companies from scratch. Led complex technology projects, spearheading several core system transformations in Portugal, Angola, and other member firms – South Africa, Dubai, Denmark, Canada, and the US. Over the last eight years, managed the corridor beyond Portuguese home markets and other member firms. Significant experience in incubating and commercializing new technology-based offerings in Portugal and making that capability available to our businesses, globally. And passionate about offering monetization and Sales Strategy definition with a considerable high range of sales training.
