Bio

What to expect I am Ole and coding is my passion. Fluent in a variety of languages and Frameworks (Elixir, Ruby, JavaScript, CoffeeScript, node.js, Rails, express.js, connect and more) I never lost the urge to play around with new stuff, learn it and build amazing applications. Besides all the love I have for code, my top priority is the team I’m working with. I appreciate a strong culture and having a good time with my colleagues is very important to me. Last but not least, I’m a German. I get things done. What I expect Give me the opportunity to work on a great product, acquire new knowledge and encourage working on Open Source software. I enjoy going to and speaking at conferences to spread the love for the product, the company and the cool stuff we do. Last but not least: I expect to ship great software. My areas of interest I love RFCs and protocols, they are so specific and often come with a bunch of examples. Protocols form the foundation of the web and thus shaping the world around us, without the world noticing. That is why I am studing the HTTP/2 protocol for the last year. Binary data is pretty interessting to me and I somehow love starring at hex dumps.
