Passionate about making a difference in organizations by creating and implementing a tailored strategy that works for the business and people, developing a values-led culture, leading high performing teams, leveraging the benefits of diverse cohorts of people and delivering innovative enterprise-wide change management solutions inspired from devotion to lifelong learning. With over 15 amazing years of proven service in all HR areas, Olga currently leads HR for daVinci payments. She has played a critical part in the company’s success, having established company's first Human Resources department and all of its respective HR functions and operations. Olga also provides strategic consulting to growth equity firms related to people, trends, and culture. She has a Business degree in Finance and a Masters Degree in Human Resources. She also completed numerous world class programs (domestic and international) related to neuroscience and is pursuing a doctorate degree in Psychology. She is certified by the International Coach Federation as an ICF's Associate Certified Coach with over 5 years of coaching experience.
