Bio

I am a freelance technology consultant, author and trainer specialized in quantum technologies, my cornerstone work being “Understanding Quantum Technologies”, a comprehensive open source book (September 2021 and 2022, 1130 pages). I also coproduce two series of podcasts with Fanny Bouton on quantum technologies. My customers range from industry users to technology providers and government. I am also the cofounder of the Quantum Energy Initiative with Alexia Auffèves (CNRS MajuLab Singapore), Janine Splettstoesser (Chalmers University) and Robert Whiney (CNRS LPMMC Grenoble). Beforehand, I was a software development engineer and R&D lead at Sogitec, a subsidiary of Dassault Aviation, had various marketing and business positions at Microsoft France from 1990 to 2005, including Chief Marketing Officer and Director of Developer Evangelism and then was a freelance technology consultant and writer in various fields like digital television, Internet of things and artificial intelligence. I have an Msc in Computer Science from CentraleSupelec (formerly Centrale Paris).
