I am a 'People, Data and Tech', enthusiast with varied and diverse experience gained from industries across different setups. My scientific educational background in the field of geoscience has given me an analytical mindset and a structured approach to solving problems. I am passionate about empowering people through knowledge ('Scientia potentia est') which is why I voluntarily coach job seekers in my spare time. The success stories from this inspired me to make these insights easily accessible. This is basically why my brainchild, 'The Dear Candidate initiative' was born. The Dear Candidate initiative consists of a podcast hosted by me, a website (with articles and other useful resources) and a global slack community for candidates (people who are actively seeking + people who would ever need job search tips or strategies in their career journey) and recruiters. My career objective is in line with Kaizen's philosophy of management which emphasizes the need for continuous improvement by stretching to outdo yesterday.
