Bio

I'm a problem-solver with a can-do mentality. I've been a data scientist and a researcher for over 15 years, applying my knowledge to very diverse fields. I was fortunate to have my academic papers in Computational Biology cited over 1,000 times, algorithms I developed mounted on F-15 and F-16 fighter planes, and code I wrote serve tens of thousands of website owners. I enjoyed managing great teams, yet work well on my own. I founded startups, raised over $1M VC money, shipped and delivered results, often with creative solutions, and am honored to receive numerous awards (list below). I now teach Applied Data Science at Bar Ilan university and consult on machine learning and entrepreneurship. I'm excited about any opportunity to sink my teeth in projects that interest me and aim for a significant impact on the life of others. And most importantly - I'm always happy to just meet and chat, over coffee or beer.
