I am a professionally certified (ICAN) Accounting/Finance graduate with a wealth of experience in Investment Banking/Corporate Finance. I have both participated and have led teams involved in the origination, structuring and execution of a number of Equity & Debt Capital markets, Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategic Sale and Corporate Restructuring transactions predominantly in Nigeria. I currently lead the investment banking division at CardinalStone where I primarily define, develop and ensure the execution of the strategy of the team.
