I live once and I want to change the world for better. This is why I have co-founded QIDA (www.qida.es), where we work very hard to create the best home-care service in the world and return the deserved social status to the carers. Before being CEO at QIDA, I worked for 10+ years in Healthcare at McKinsey & Co. I spent half my time working with healthcare systems in UK, Spain, Switzerland, US and South East Asia and the other half with MedTech Companies, in both Cardiology and Medical Imaging. Over the years I have developed deep expertise in how health systems think, act and procure and how MedTech should adapt its strategy and commercial model in response. At McKinsey, I was designated best Manager of the London Office (amongst >1000 colleagues), received a ‘Marvin Award’ for my coaching skills and been ranked ‘amogst top 5% of the class’ every year since 2009. Before the MBA, I had the opportunity to work for one year in the Ministry of Health of Catalonia, reporting to the Vice-Minister of Health and acting as Advisor to the CEO of CAHAQ (Catalan Agency for Health Assessment and Quality; €20mn budget). I hold an MBA from London Business School (Cum Laude), where I was awarded Bain's Student Impact Award and LBS Student Impact Award among 2000+ students for transforming my peers' student experience at school and beyond. I have also been selected as Top 30 people that are changing the world (by LBSR) & Member of the Youth European Committee of the International Hospital Federation I am a Teacher of ESADE and LBS students in Corporate Finance, with more than 750+ students taught over the last 8 years. Outside work, you will either find me with my wife, my friends, my family or training for the next challenge. I am an Ultra-Marathon and Marathon Runner (Barcelona and Mount Fuji Marathons below 3h 50m and Ultra-Marathon of 200kms completed). I have passion for climbing, mountaineering and skiing and have reached the top of 50+ mountains of 3000+ meters
