In my professional career, I have assumed several management roles in the field of digital transformation, innovation, and new business creation in different sectors such as banking, retail, fintech, digital health or e-commerce. I would highlight my time at CaixaBank, where I worked for more than 15 years, leading digital strategy and business innovation projects for Caixabank group, and my work at the American Fintech Strands as former VP Product Strategy serving 600 banks in more than 35 countries. As an enthusiast of innovation and entrepreneurship I have founded and mentorized several startups since 2003 in the field of digital health, e-commerce, mobility and quantum. I am a board member of different business associations and I love to asses corporates and startups in their new ventures. I would highlight when I was former Board of Directors of Mobey Forum, an international banking innovation association, assessing several international Banks in their open banking business strategy to compete to Internet giants. Since 2018 Oscar Sala I am director of The Collider program, a technology transfer program at Mobile World Capital Barcelona (MWCapital), co-creating disruptive and high potential European deep tech startups between scientists, entrepreneurs and corporates. I love to be involved in impactful projects, using technology improve people's lives, combining impact and business. I am a game player, loving to learn, grow and work with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams to make things happen.
