Pablo Pascale is the Head of Public & Civic Innovation at the Ibero-American General Secretariat (SEGIB) working in 22 countries. A leading expert in public innovation and social entrepreneurship in Latin America, with +15 years of experience. Pablo has designed and directed +25 Innovation Labs in Latam, Spain and Portugal, promoting open technologies and solutions developed to address some of the most pressing challenges of our time. Also accelerating innovation in more than 60 public institutions. Before joining SEGIB, he worked as an expert for international organizations, and as a researcher in applied creativity and innovation. Pablo holds a PhD in Social Psychology.
