Paddy is Head of Operational Capital Markets at Colliers, delivering a full suite of capital services (equity & debt raising, transactional services, operational consulting) to investors & operating platforms in Build to Rent, Student Accommodation, Hotels, Co-living & other sectors where real estate investment performance is directly linked to an operational business. He is also Chair of Pathways to Property, a not for profit initiative supported by major stakeholders in the real estate industry to increase diversity, social mobility and inclusion within the real estate sector @pathstoproperty. Paddy acts as an advisor and investor to businesses across real estate, technology and wellbeing.
