Designed and implemented major developments such as the Single Electricity Market in Ireland and Northern Ireland including its communication strategy. Established a new water utility, Irish Water in Ervia group. Contributed to high profile strategic projects, such as the restructuring of a national energy utility and corporate planning. Significant expertise in negotiation, due diligence, regulation, service level agreements, gas and electricity pricing policies, energy trading risk management and has also acted as an advisor to the executive management team overseas. Has developed large scale power projects, implemented competitions for the award of generation power purchase agreements, undertaken due diligence of preferred bidders and completed final negotiations and award of IPP contracts.
