As Chief Sustainability Officer at Delta Air Lines, Pam Fletcher is helping to transform the business with the vision of connecting people to a more sustainable future of travel. She and her team focus on embedding sustainability across the airline through waste free travel, electrification of ground operations and net-zero supply chains and eliminating Delta Air Lines’ climate impact from flying via revolutionary fleet, clean fuel and contrails to create a business ecosystem that puts people and the planet first. Pam has over two decades of experience in automotive and transportation leadership roles. Previously, Pam served as Vice President of Global Innovation at General Motors, where she was responsible for developing and growing new businesses, disrupting established industries, entering new markets and attracting new customers. She has also served in leadership for GM’s Electric Vehicles business.
