Head of Sales Operations; mostly dedicated to growth, usually joining companies at very early stages in real estate and technology. 9+ years gaining experience growth strategies, business operations, corporate re-structuring, sourcing and headhunting from entry level to senior executive positions. I have been actively involved in the strategy and shaping of real estate brokerages. I enjoy the challenges of team leadership and I have lived and worked in Dominican Republic, Michigan – USA, Rome – Italy, Barcelona – Spain and currently Dubai. I thrive in rapidly growing, innovative and new organizations with exciting challenges. I’m passionate about team leadership, growing, and strategizing!
