Bio

Paolo is a business lawyer with more than 20 years of experience providing legal and business advisory to clients. He is an expert in, and passionate about, NFTs, Metaverse, DAOs and DEFI, web 3.0 and he also gained substantial experiences in helping clients in relation to NFTs and crypto-related scams and cyberattacks. His main practice focuses on IP, tech law, privacy, cultural heritage law, business and contract law. He is also currently acting as data protection officer (DPO) of Italian ICT sector's SMEs. Paolo is a member of ECTA, where he sits in the Digital Committee, of the Blockchain Lawyers Group and of LexDAO. Paolo è un avvocato con più di 20 anni di esperienza nel fornire consulenza legale e di business. E' un esperto, ma anche un appassionato, di NFTs, il Metaverso, i DAO, la DEFI, il web 3.0 e ha anche acquisito una sostanziale esperienza nell'assistere i clienti per i casi di truffe e attacchi di cybersecurity legati al mondo cripto. Opera come data protection officer (DPO) di PMI italiane del settore ICT. Paolo è membro di ECTA, e parte del Digital Committee, del Blockchain Lawyers Group e di LexDAO.
