I build products, teams, and strategies to accomplish key business goals in both large enterprises and early stage startups. The methodology executed depends on the company’s data maturity, but the goal is always the same: use data to significantly increase the ability for the business to generate revenue. Tasks taken in the past to mature an organization to effectively use their data include: establishing the business objectives, defining a data strategy, defining the necessary products (both internal, enterprise, and consumer facing), overhauling and growing engineering/data teams to execute the needed vision, and enabling efficient (and safe) use of data via solid data governance processes. I am equally proficient on the engineering and data disciplines.
