With direct integration into complementary machine learning and data lake services from AWS, IT and software development personnel can add interactive real-time, single, and multi-party communication features across multiple modalities - from chat to video conferencing to an interactive voice app on the PSTN - with no need to learn or program SIP, WebRTC, or web sockets.
