Over the past 25 years I have enjoyed an expanding career in the transaction services business where I have championed for faster payment transformation within the industry among other accomplishments. I'm passionate about: - designing organizationally aligned development plans - developing high performance and collaborative teams - driving innovation and client value from product development, operational design, and technology & regulatory change Most recently as President of the Kansas City based UMB bank product and services division I led a team that modernized the bank’s digital experience for the payments, card, deposit, and lending solutions provided to commercial, institutional and personal banking clients. This investment is the largest in the firm’s history, serving as the next generation delivery channel for future market growth & client acquisition. I was proud to have earned the holding company’s annual Leadership Award for the resulting customer satisfaction, new business, efficiencies and risk management capabilities that were achieved. Previously I was employed for nine years as Managing Director in JPMorgan Chase’s treasury and security services division in New York with a diverse set of global roles leading product, new business, strategy, finance, operations, and service organizations. My teams implemented innovative products/services that revolutionized the way corporate and retail clients transact, executed M&A integration programs, extended JPMorgan’s leading market share position & scale, and navigated the financial crisis.
