Throughout her career, Patama has strongly believed that when one woman helps another, amazing things can happen. Therefore, since 2001 she has been sharing her experience with others, promoting and mentoring female entrepreneurs and leaders inside and outside of Microsoft and IBM globally which earned her the prestigious “Women Helping Women” Stevie Award in 2018. Devoted to “paying forward,'' she continues to be a strong advocate in supporting women’s leadership causes, and Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace. She is also a member of both the Advisory Board of Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion (SMEs).
