Enterprise Architect, Value Deliverer, Team Enabler, Agile Transformer. I am an enterprise architect whose passion for technology is matched with dedication to rapidly realizing business value. Software in development may be an investment, but it is also an expense. It does not become an asset until it reaches production. Speed to value is essential. While technology can be a catalyst for speed to value, if not aligned with the human side of the equation, it is woefully insufficient. Transforming and enabling teams, channeling and focusing the collective talent and braintrust just waiting to be tapped, is just as critical to rapidly delivering value as technology. Artfully fusing both elements together is one of the most rewarding aspects of my professional life.
