Leads the Office of Biometric Identity Management (OBIM) Identity Operations Division, providing biometric and biographic services to Department of Homeland Security and other interagency and international partners. These services include automated fingerprint matching, travel history aggregation, fingerprint examiner verification, information analysis, sharing and reporting.
