Patrick is a General Partner & Co-Founder at MiddleGame Ventures, a financial technology venture capital fund focused on early stage investments in North America and Europe. Previously, he was a Deputy Assistant Secretary at the U.S. Department of Treasury where he served as the first Executive Director of the Financial Stability Oversight Council. Prior to his government service, Patrick spent a decade as a sell-side financial institutions and capital markets analyst, where he was the lead analyst at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch for the brokers, exchanges, and financial technology sector. He is a graduate of Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business.
