Utilising over 17 years in the technology space, I engage with clients on their projects to understand the workflow and dynamics in all elements of the business, and address where streamlined technology solutions are required to provide a basis for productivity, accountability and success. Technology choices now impact and are influenced by all areas of a business - as a result; a broader understanding of the business as a whole is required to successfully assist clients with their tech decisions. Working in all aspects of the supply chain (from the manufacturer to the client) has given me a comprehensive and unique viewpoint of the technology industry. Furthermore this has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the multifaceted and complex problem that is the modern workspace. My passion is understanding of how people interact with technology. Utilising the core ethos of, “Simplifying Complexity” has allowed me to challenge client preconceptions and analyse their requirements and help guide them through the technology journey. Added to this, my six years’ experience as a Army officer has developed a style that is firm and fair, with the ability to engage with teams from the highest levels of management to the delivery teams on site. Honesty and integrity is an important part of my work ethic and my entrepreneurial skills deliver budget sensitive solutions to my client engagements.
