I am a Chartered Engineer with over 30 years experience in managing the identification, design and delivery of highway maintenance services in local government and the private sector. I have been Secretary to HAMFIG since its creation in 2008 and am Vice-Chair of the UK Asset Management Board. I was also Chair of the Midland Service Improvement Group Asset Management Task Group.
